Good value car hire, new cars. I have been redirected to carwiz hire via EnjoyTravel. I rented a car for 9 days and was looking for a cheaper hire price. The booking page explained that the hire company was outside the airport and I will have to use a shuttle minibus. It was no problem for me. As soon as the plane landed, I phoned the carwiz phone number which was on the booking. I had a very good communication on the phone with carwiz team member. He explained me where I can find the shuttle bus. It takes approximately 5-10 mins drive, depending on traffic. When l return the car, and it has been checked, the deposit on my credit card has been unlocked. Overall, it is a good car hire company. I will be hiring cars with them again.

Almost brand new car at low price with 100% insurance and low deposit. Smooth pick up / drop-off service. Highly recommend. To them who gave one star: Guys, when you rent a car at lowest price, without insurance and drive in Naples and don't even want to take pictures of it, it's absolutely your fault if you're charged for damages. The young girl was as polite and responsive, as possible. 100% satisfied. Absolutely recommend!

During my 4-day car rental, I encountered no problems whatsoever. The cars are spotless, new, and the latest models. Everything is explained to you clearly. The procedures are official. They deliver the car smoothly and stress-free, and it's returned to the company in the same condition. You can completely trust them. Ms. Ornella waited for us outside of working hours and answered all our questions. I don't speak English or Italian, but I didn't experience any difficulties. They have their own parking lot. You don't have any extra costs or stress when entering or leaving the parking lot. You pick up the car from in front of the business and leave it there. What more could you ask for? Ms. Ornella, thank you so much. You were the architect of a wonderful holiday.

Excellent timing with collection and drop off from airport. Very efficient staff. Good value for money. The car was ready for collection.

We didn't encounter any problems. As instructed, we notified them when we landed. The shuttle arrived shortly afterward at the meeting point, and the same thing happened on the return trip. They were the best value on the rental site. They didn't charge us any additional fees. They offered their insurance coverage.
